Love this place been a few times this year and even when it was really busy over the august bank holiday the toilet/shower block was clean and nice friendly staff

Positives - really enjoyed Brook Meadow, the layout, the lake and the peace and tranquility.

Negatives - the "Pod" hadnt been cleaned. There was rubbish all round the outside. Once inside there was grass all over the floors and the sofa bed, cobwebs, mud all over the table leg and a half empty can of pop. 

We totally understand that a camping pod is basic accommodation. However it should be clean upon arrival.

We would return as the setting is perfect but not to the "Pod" !

Very nice wooden chalets some are disabled friendly and some are not nice view Pond and ducks
