Visited Saturday night with my mrs for a meal. Moderately busy but not jumping. Ordering on the app was not available at the time. Starters took about 25 mins to come out and Mains took another 25-30. Really young waiting staff group who were working hard and really nice but clearly impacted by being understaffed which made service slow, tables sitting uncleared. Chips were just about warm and undercooked but the lasagne and burger were decent. All in all the staff are working hard and the food was ok but other similar venues in the area push this place down the list.
The carvery was really good! Loads of different options to fill your plate with , for such an affordable price.nStaff were very welcoming and friendly!nWill definitely be back
We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience here! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was delicious, but what really made our night special was the service.nnA huge thank you to Claire, who was an incredibly helpful member of staff. She was attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she served us with such a genuine smile. It’s rare to find such high-quality service—Claire is a real credit to the team! We will definitely be back soon.
I don't usually write a review but my experience was fantastic.l would like to mention two members of staff . Leeanne for her professionalism and customer care and very welcoming. Christine I feel she is a credit to the company. Every time we have visited the place has been emaciate clean. She is very welcoming and makes our visit enjoyable. I feel she should be rewarded and a wage rise. Food has been 10 out of 10 every time we have visited
The handmade pizza tastes good. It takes time to make, so place your order early. The meat bar and the side dishes are optional and can be refilled. The waiter is friendly. There are different discounts every week. If you need to park, remember to enter the iPad to enter the license plate number in exchange for free parking.
