AVOID this place.  I am a private patient.  They cancel appointments "as and when".  The main problem is the attitude and lack of professionalism from the reception staff.  Others have posted on the NHS reviews about the reception staff as well.  As a conseqeunce, I strongly advice anyone considering joining this practice to avoid and go else-where.

The staff are brilliant and beautiful  that help u and helpfultimately on phone. Oliver Ratcliffe ia beat dentist in Buxton. Probably should say best they are everyone wants him.lucky to have him lucky he local  and

Only ever interested in you from a financial stand point. Receptionists and nurses are friendly but the actual dentists themselves couldn’t careless weather your in pain or not. Aren’t afraid to drop you like a rock if you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule. Wasted too much of my money and time there

Highly recommended
After having a bad experience with a dentist in a nearby town I was anxious about my next dental appointment. I need not have been. Dr Duncan Hannah is very considerate and took time to give me impartial advice which would benefit me and preserve my dental health, rather than enrich himself. Dr Hannah is very thorough and I have had my confidence restored because of his decency and professionalism. The reception staff & dental nurses are all kind, courteous and friendly. The premises are located in a beautiful building overlooking the Pavilion Gardens and are everything one should expect.  I recently attended the clinic to see Miss Bradwell and found her to be very helpful, professional and kind.
