A 22 stone bloke with major dental phobia after a previous dental surgeries inability to extract a canine meant avoiding dentists for a long long time. I was referred to refine and spoke to a young dr / surgeon. He left me feeling relaxed, i knew i needed 7 extractions and he made an action plan, 3 teeth the next visit for the complex ones and 4 the visit after. Well i went today for the 3 to be extracted, he was very professional, constantly talking, reassuring me and letting me know what he was doing and ensuring i was totally numb. I am now home still numb, 3 teeth lighter than an hour ago. Expecting some after pain, but very relaxed. I would not hesitate in recommending revive, their patient customer service is 2nd to none and made a traumatic situation bearable, and i am now confident enough to return next week for the final 4 to be extracted. If you are nervous or afraid of dentists, book a check up with these guys and they will alleviate your fears, the patient care is really tremendous. I am eternally grateful.

I have just come back from Refine, and I want to say a big big thank you to them all, I suffer with panic attacks and had to have two teeth out, they was all amazing, kept me calm and was so caring, they really did look after me, I would highly recommend them, and would never be scared to go see them, I am a complete wuss when it comes to going to the Dentist but would honestly have no problems going again, Thankyou all so so much, your all amazing!!

Would not recommend this place one bit. Had braces for 8 months longer than needed. Never seemed interested in my dental care. When I had my braces off they took them off without giving me any advice for looking after my teeth afterwards and they also left glue from the braces on dozens of teeth causing me problems now. Terrible dentist, especially for dental braces
