I had my tooth out today after I had a bad abscess last week. Prior to visiting today, I also had a tooth out about a month ago and had a really bad experience with two different dentist. I came today worked up and panicking, the staff were so nice! I had two female practitioners/nurses work on me and made me feel so calm. My tooth was extracted and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! I left smiling feeling listened to and cared about! So huge thank you to the staff at this dentist! I hope I can use you in the future!

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever visited! I had a wisdom tooth removed under IV Sedation and literally have no recollection of the procedure at all - it's like the tooth was just removed by magic! No pain or discomfort. Top class detal care. 100% recommended. Thank you!

I went for a tooth extraction. To say I was nervous is an understatement. but I walked in and was immediately put at ease. The dentist explained the process, the assistant held my hand while the dentist stuck me with the needles. The process of extracting my tooth was quick, easy and painless. They then explained what would and could happen and what to avoid over the next two weeks. Thank you for making my experience not pleasant but definitely not horrendous as previous dentists have..

I was very nervous going into have a broken tooth removed, also had an abcess. Dont like dentists with a passion and am not ashamed to say I have a fear of them from childhood.nHowever Gurdeep Rehal and his assistant Sorry cant remember her name put me straight at ease and made the whole experience as good as an extraction could be.nThere was no pain at all when they did it and this has slightly eased my fear of dentists.nThanks again for making the experience as good as it could be

The actual quality of the braces isn’t bad. But the staff are really rude at times, appointments are impossible to get and they only do really awkward times.nnDuring nearly all appointments the staff were barely paying any attention to what they were doing, gossiping with colleagues and not even looking at my braces. While grinding off the glue when getting my braces removed, the “specialist” wasn’t even looking and the grinder slipped and hit my gums multiple times and didn’t even get all the glue off.nnThe normal wait time for an appointment seems to be at least 3 weeks sometimes months even if it’s important. A few times my braces came off one or more teeth and I would have to wait weeks for an appointment to fix them. Leaving sharp edges in my mouth for weeks.nnThe latest appointment they do is 4:10pm I believe, which is really inconvenient for anyone who’s not a child and has a job. They also don’t tolerate any lateness and will get very rude if you’re even 10 minutes late. Which is really easy to do because their car park is tiny and it’s such a pain to find anywhere to park.nnOverall I can’t complain about the outcome as my teeth are straight but I’d definitely go anywhere else if possible as Refine are not flexible or helpful at all.
