Absolutely brilliant practise. Has completed changed the way I see dentists! Nadia is very professional, polite, considerate, understanding and extremely good at the job. I still get a little nervous before a visit but no where near the anxiety and fear I had at other practices. Would highly recommend to those who have had bad experiences with other dentists and would encourage to speak to all the staff at Amber valley practise as they are all brilliant. Thanks
My first visit to Amber Valley Dental and I was made to feel at ease right from seeing the receptionist. Nadia and her assistant were very kind and understanding of thenIssues I have with my teeth. Nadia listened to my concerns and discussed a plan to start my cosmetic treatment. I felt comfortable and I found Nadia very easy to talk to.
Great dentist, receptionists always friendly and smiling even during busy times. Helpful when rearranging appointments. A special thanks to Abi who saw my autistic son today, explained everything to him in great detail and told him how things would feel before she did them which was so helpful.He’s not usually a fan of the dentist but he came out with a huge smile. Thank you
The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.
