I went into the shop today at 4.50pm. One of the customer assistants was very rude and said I had to leave as she wanted to get her bus at 4.55pm. The shop does not close until 5pm and she could have asked in a much more polite way. I won't be visiting again due to the rude nature of the staff.

So we had a lady come into our shop after taking In a donation of clothes that were her husbands who had sadly passed away , this lady was absolutely heartbroken, she was in tears due to the way she was spoken to and treated by a lady who works in this store , if you are receiving a donation of any kind , you should be treated with thanks and appreciation , this woman did not deserve to be treated this way but didn’t want to complain as she didn’t want to get anyone into trouble !!!! Do better guys and be KIND

Been in there regularly to buy books and to take unwanted items in. Staff always been friendly and helpful. Prices fair and comparable to other charity shops - they are there to raise funds not give away good quality items as some people seem to think.

Very overpriced all the kids toys weren’t really worth selling

I took four bags of stuff in the lady on the counter  was very nice .I was asked if I gift aid I said no so was sorted out  as when leaving the shop the assistant  on the counter said thsnkyiu but there was another lady called Alison who give me a very dirty looking won't be going there again

Overpriced on so many items. Looks more and more like a high street shop than a charity shop. Inexperienced staff.
