Walked in on Friday about 4pm and was followed down every aisle right until I got to the till by a guy think he was called Ryan by another assistant, I was in my work uniform as I work in retail as well, I will be contacting their HR about this
Nice store plenty of stock which has improved over the past 6 months
I've found the instore staff helpful but i would sack the head of security his name is Paul as i was was assaulted in store in a wheelchair user he refused to deal with the matter and refused to call the police for me i left the store feeling very distressed and i contacted the police who identified the culprit from an instore video and gave him a written warning over the assault home bargains head office also refused to deal with this matter
Shelves are bare, maybe struggling with deliveries like other stores but here it's more often. Staff are nice. Shop is clean and tidy. They don't get half the things advertised on home bargains socials. It's not their fault though, head office needs to support the smaller stores too.
Not the biggest shop but plenty of selection. You get a couple of hours free parking which is convenient, especially if you're planning on grabbing a pint at wetherspoons nearby
