I have found the whole journey from start to finish so pleasant and refreshing to deal with a car dealership who are so brilliant in my opinion. From initial sales where everything was explained so clearly, after placing the order I was well informed about the journey and timescales ahead, I was always kept informed during the build process, then felt extremely happy after collecting my car as again everything explained in great detail. All the staff members that I had contact with at Stoneacre Cleckheaton were great to deal with, from my 1st point of contact to arrange a test drive, right through to the point of collecting the car. I was particularly pleased with the staff member who first showed me around the car before I went for a test drive; he explained how the lease works through motability and explained and showed me all the features of the car that I was interested in. Charlotte kept me updated during the wait and then talked me through some of the features on the cars screen and showed me round the car in more detail during the handover. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
Having recently purchased a used vehicle assisted by sales manager Nathan I would like to recommend this dealership. Nathan made what can be a stressful and daunting decision pretty much seamless from start to end. I had many questions with such a large monetary purchase and each and every question and concern was answered without any hesitation.
