After trundling through wedding shops all weekend, I thought i’d never find ‘the one’. I went to several shops and felt deflated. Heather’s lovely boutique was the last on the list and wish I had found it first. I tried on 5 dresses and loved them all. I had to go back for a second viewing to choose the one that was right for me as there were so many options. I loved the fact that Heather took a step back, gave you space and gave honest opinions. It’s a gorgeous little studio which made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I urge anyone to go as they are so many options. You have to go there to experience it. Restored my faith in shopping.

I visited Heather's lovely boutique on Sunday with my three close friends (who were about to be asked if they would like to be my bridesmaids). Heather was quick to get in contact with a suitable appointment time and gave me all of the information i needed before the appointment. Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely smile and the offer of drinks (served by her well trained 'assistant'). The boutique that Heather has created was beautiful; bijou, beautiful and with a vast collection of vintage dresses. I picked out so many dresses that I liked and it was a real pleasure to try on dresses that fit (the ones in bridal stores were always in small sizes and, being a size 16, they didn't do up so I felt very porky!) Heather was incredibly helpful and really supportive, and her collection of accessories and bolero jackets were great to try on. I left feeling really happy and also surprised that I had liked dresses in styles I would not have considered before visiting Heather. The prices are incredibly reasonable and were it not for the fact that I had previously tried on a dress that I had felt more comfortable in, I would have been sold on one of Heather's.

I visited the shop last weekend and it exceeded all my expectations. The collection of dresses is large, varied and includes many unique and beautiful items. Heather was absolutely lovely and encouraged me to spend as long as I wanted trying things on. I wanted to buy all of them! To top off our experience we had tea and biscuits and my bridesmaids felt really pampered too while helping me make my decision. Highly recommended.

I really loved my experience at Brighton Vintage Wedding Dresses. Heather was absolutely lovely and was extremely helpful when it came to deciding which of the lovely dresses to choose. She was not at all pushy but incredibly helpful and patient, especially when I couldn't decide between two beautiful dresses! She even let me think it over for a day and let me come back to try them on yet again the day after. It was a really special experience for my mum and me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience of dress shopping (which had previously made me anxious as I hate big shops with pushy assistants!). My beautiful dress was exceptionally reasonably priced, too - my Mum was very happy! I couldn't recommend Heather more. If you want a truly personalised experience, she is the lady to go to. Even better - you get a glass of bubbly once you find 'the one'!
