I came to Mode as my last wedding dress appointment after a full day of fittings with my mother, mother in law, grandma and sister in law. Jana was lovely and engaging. We were greeted and lavished with bubbly and tea presented beautifully. As soon as I walked in, I knew I would find my wedding dress. I had two definite options and the rest of the (stressful) day of not finding the 'one' drained away. I cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait until I can try it on again and finally wear it!

Jana provided a first class service from start to finish. Mode was the first place we went to (out of 3) and we were all made to feel so welcome. It is clear that Jana has a genuine care and consideration for her customers. Out of all three places, she was the only person to ask what kind of designs I liked and when we arrived had selected a few to start with, based on what I had said. I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, but we decided to continue on to our other appointments so we could be sure. Jana said that if I remained set on that dress that I could call her and we of course ended up back at Mode 6 hours later! Her warmth and enthusiasm made not just myself but all of us feel really special, as did her beautiful boutique. Out of the three places we visited that day, the others do not even compare in terms of customer service, attention to detail and overall experience. Thank you again so much Jana!

A fantastic experience! The shop was filled with beautiful, dresses and the service was incredible. After having previously visited a number of bridal shops and starting to loose faith that I was ever going to find that special dress, Jana provided a first class, professional service with genuine care and enthusiasm. I found my dress and am so happy that it’s with someone as special as Jana! Sent from my iPhone

Jana at mode bridal was so welcoming and helpful. She gave great guidance and advice without being pushy. The room was beautiful and comfortable, she had a great selection of dresses and put us all at ease with a glass of bubbly.

What a wonderful experience! We came to have a day of dress shopping and this was our first appointment. Our welcome was so warm and on entering, we were immediately offered drinks - bubbly or tea/coffee etc. The bride to be was made to feel like a princess and we were all priviliged to be given a front row seat to enjoy and share the experience. As each dress was tried, we were able to take lots of photos and ask questions. We did not feel hurried at all and it was such a pleasure. (Our subsequent visit to 2 other shops later in the day were a sharp contrast to this experience.) Thanks so much for such a memorable and special time.
