I had a really good series of 6 treatments at Brighton Physio with Annabel Pelham. Her Men's Health Physiotherapy offers some great advice and experience in treating pelvic pain problems. Annabel built on exercises to complete each week at home, and advice on some interval training too helped hugely. A great service for anybody coping with chronic pain conditions. I would recommend getting in touch with them.

I can't rate the treatment I received at the clinic highly enough. I had really bad lower back pain and shooting pains in my legs which rendered me almost unable to walk for two weeks. Now after six sessions with the wonderful Claire and the exercises she gave me to work on at home and at work I am back to normal. If you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing a physiotherapist you needn't look any further than this clinic. This is a freindly relaxing practice and if I ever have to go to a physio again this will be my first port of call. Thanks Claire (she of the gorilla hands) you were amazing and I can't thank you enough.

BPC booked me in at short notice which was really helpful. The physio quickly diagnosed the problem but I felt the whole experience was rather rushed. During the massage it was hard to relax due to a phone in the studio constantly ringing and constant questions. I unfortunately was not impressed wth the exercises as well that I was given. I have since seen a physio with the NHS and have been told that the exercises were not specific enough for my injury and the new exercises have really helped with my recovery. I don't like giving bad reviews but this is an expensive practice which I feel should reflect the price.

Great place that really helped with pain in my shoulder, back and wrist. Very friendly staff, would defiantly recommend
