Our first visit for a number of years on Sunday 11 February 2018 searching for luggage. We were surprised by the 50% off the quality brand in the store. We returned at nearly closing time to check whether the store loyalty card would also apply -yes a further 20% off - however the pricing on the cases were due to end that day!. The staff were fantastically helpful , organising a loyalty card , sorting the payment and generally supportive and helpful. I hope the rest of the store is equally accomodadating.

Really disappointed at the poor choice of dresses.. Not happy about the fact that I had to spend over £400 to try some dresses on by ordering them to my house. I should be able to do in your store!!!

I hate using social media like this, but since I am denied the opportunity to email you, and no one responds to private messages I have no choice. I have waited over seven days for a response about my missing order. My money has been taken and my goods are lost. There is no way of contacting HoF other than sitting on the telephone for hours which I cannot do. Please cancel my order, and refund the money I have paid. I can only advise others to be very,very cautious about shopping with HoF. They cannot, or will not deliver goods, and will not respond to queries. If they were a market stall they would be closed down. Don't waste your money and time. Do what I should have done and find a decent independent store.

Went and collected my buy and collect order today to get Home and find it that BOTH items are faulty. Both of the items are present of which are now out of stock online. Merely offered a refund with no consideration of the situation. Very unhappy.

Was very impressed with the staff as they was so helpful with me when I went into the store this week, they was also was so friendly & made you feel good about coming about to the store again.
