Had a dreadful experience with the receptionist at this practice: -

- Had a chipped tooth and needed a filling to be done on a Saturday morning.

- Called to book an appointment and was told by the receptionist that there were no slots until 3.45pm (when in fact the practice closed at 4pm).

- Receptionist had not informed that they were closed at 4pm so we were not aware of this.

- Arrived at 3.45pm to find out that we had to come back another day as the dentist did not have enough time to complete the filling on the day itself, which was very disappointing.

- Had to book another appointment to come back another day but was charged £20.60 (basic checkup) for just a checkup to be done but without receiving the full service (a filling), which is very frustrating.

- The receptionist should be given proper training to avoid situations like this as customers get very frustrated when they are not able to receive the full service on the day (as they only had 15 minutes to be seen before the practice closed). If the customer was told before they made the appointment then they would have made a decision to book a more suitable time to complete the treatment. Otherwise the customer would have to come twice to get a simple filling done.

- The receptionist should enquire of the customer whether they are just doing a routine check-up (which should not take long) or a needing more complex treatment (which should take longer) and if they cannot fulfill that requirement before they close at 4pm, then they should recommend that they book an appointment another day. No one wants to come back twice to get a procedure done.

- It's a shame that front desk people are letting down the practice. They may have the best dentists in the world but their customer service experience is let down by incompetent people on the front end.

- Sorry but would not recommend this practice to anyone until they have sorted out their receptionist.

I have just completed a course of treatment involving root canal and the fitting of a crown with Anupama Ginimav and I am grateful for the treatment  I have received over a number of appointments. Anu works with confidence, efficiency and care and she has a calm, cheerful chair side manner. A visit to the dentist is never top of my list but Anu and her assistants make it as good as it is can be!

My daughter and myself are NHS patients there. The dentists we have seen so far are very friendly but utterly useless. they ruined my daughter's teeth who is only 19 years old.since we started  to go there she has more dental problems than ever.

I applied to Bright Smile in mid June 2017 with a tooth in pain. Have been prescribed antibiotics to subdue the infection and was advised a tooth extraction.
They refused to do the extraction at NHS tariff and offered a reference to a hospital or their own private service.
I have agreed to be referred to a hospital and been assured by the phone in early August it is done.
Wanted to come for a check up on 5.09.17 but been rejected to make an appointment.
Today, 9.09.2017 I came to the clinic to ask in person what's going on only to find out that there was no reference to a hospital because they need my NHS number!!!
