All the girls are so lovely here they felt like my actual mates and the dental nurse is an absolute dream bless her she was so good with my toddler that she didn’t want to come home with me, my dentist was so helpful and explained everything clearly so I felt at ease and super friendly!!!
Had my filling done with the great Dr Stefano De Monte. Excellent service was delivered to me. They’ve got a good atmosphere and I also have got some priceless advice from the doctor. The team at the reception is friendly, professional and polite. Thanks to the manager as well she was on the phone while I was booking the appointment who booked me in for the examination and the treatment all in one day as during the COVID-19 it is so hard to find the dental practice with some available appointments. There is no free parking, but I paid for a parking place nearby £4 for 2 hours. The prices for the dental service slightly higher than usual. For a large filling + examination paid around £300. However I appreciate that the job has been done at the high level. Thanks and all the best!
I've been using the practice for about 3 years and during this time, the team have been absolutely wonderful. The reception team are fantastic at taking care of you Chantal and Kirsty and are wonderfully diligent with patient safety. Special mention to Dr Nia Abuzar Arjoman Nia who not only does exceptional work on my goofy, british teeth but has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced, proving both kind and patient with what is a very skittish patient in my case, answering all my questions and making me feel involved in an actual consultation about my dental health and options available. Honestly, can't recommend the practice enough. The team are fantastic!

Reception staff treated me and my young son extremely rudely. Despite the dentist being very late, the receptionist chose to completely ignore us rather than explain or apologise. We ended up not being able to see the dentist despite having made the appointment weeks in advance.
Helpful, friendly staff who always explain treatment options to me. I can sometimes be anxious at the dentist and the staff have always be wonderful. I really like that I can get appointments in the evenings after work.
Great dentist great hygienist but an absolute clown on reception. Couldn’t figure out how to work the printer to give a receipt. After a half hour wait the receipt was slammed down with a “there you go” like I’d asked for the moon on a lolly stick. The rudeness and ineptness was not what I’d expect from front of house private health care.
The dentists and hygienists are very professional but often no one is picking up the phone and online booking is not working yet for old customers which spoils the experience. Also, as Bupa Dental they should be able to streamline the insurance claims where the treatment was done at their practice.
My son had toothache due to a decay. The dentist very kindly squeezed him into a cancellation on the same day. Not easy during covid times. Great service.
Amazing stuff, great people, good customer care and whatnot. Solved my problems efficiently. Out of all the dental practices I have visited this one by far has been the best.
