Contrary to some of the negatives posted, our experience has been nothing but exemplary. Everyone from reception, to nursing to doctors have been more than professional.nWe are lucky to have a village practice such as Brigroyd.
Absolutely outstanding doctors, all of the doctors and nurses are extremely thorough and very understanding. We can always get an appointment on the day if needed. The reception team are always very willing to help.
Ive been really impressed with this doctors surgery tbh, i can appreciate over the course if Covid things have been difficult for planning and seeing patients but since our daughter has been born every time we've needed to see the doctor, sometimes for what maybe seen as trivial the staff have always been fantastic.nThe reception staff were helpful and informative and the doctors polite and professional. They reassured us and were very courteous.
I have had a recent chest infection and have received excellent care from the doctors. I have been seen on the same day each time I have needed treatment, even as an extra appointment. Dr Greasley has been particularly helpful for this and other things previously. People are quick to critisise GPs at the moment but I could not have asked for a better service. My elderly parents are patients at this surgery and I have nothing but praise for the nurses and GPs who look after them.nMy mother and father usually seem to be able to get an appointment without any difficulty and they are always treated with kindness, care and respect by the Brig Royd staff. . I live in a different part of the country and, sadly, the service we receive in our local area leaves a lot to be desired.
