Took our Springer Spaniel in check up on ear infection, asked about a limp in the morning, drooling and a higher pitch than usual bark. She brought up a load of water/drool while being examined. Also wouldn't stand, off her legs! Vet prescribed pain killers for possible issue with front leg and sent me on my way. Called back when got home as she was panting and drooling loads. Her tongue had changed colour too! Vet advised me to try to keep her cool. And that they were shutting in 20 minutes and I would have to take her to their out of hours practice in Wolverhampton as she may need oxygen. Ended up calling Vets Now (based at Haygate, Wellington). Took her in, severe heat stroke. Kept in overnight as in critical condition. I was asked if I wanted to take her back to her vets, decided against and transferred to Haygate. She had to be put down Saturday Morning. Thank you Vets Now - Telford and Haygate Vets you did all you could! Very impressed by your knowledgeable vets!

I travelled here from Stone after being referred by my local vet as my hamster has a very bad infection in her hind limbs and has lost her tail. The vet I saw was so helpful and lovely and from Stone herself, so she knew how far I'd come to get her specialist advice. She had a really good look at Bear (the hamster) and showed me how to administer the antibiotics and anti inflammatories orally using a syringe, as opposed to what my previous vet had prescribed a few days earlier - adding the antibiotic to her water and hoping she drinks it. I am beyond grateful and thrilled with the service I received for little Bear, and would highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone with small furry friends. I did not catch the vet's name but she took me very seriously and was extremely helpful and positive. Thank you so much to the staff at this practice.

They are amazing for guinea pigs, they really care and have the proper facilities to diagnose them properly. Our more local vets aren't cavy savvy so we make the journey to T&M and they've been great with both of our boys.
