After suffering a sucsession of back injuries in late 2015, developing scoliosis and then spending 5 weeks in hospital with a heart condition and subsequent open heart surgery, it's fair to say I was in pretty poor physical health! After never really having any health problems in my 35 years, I found myself in chronic, unbearable pain with my lower back. I was recommended Alison at Bridge House Clinic. In two weeks and multiple sessions, Alison made vast improvements to my health and relieved the pain in my back that I had been suffering with for 8 months. The following personal tuition in Pilates with Lauren has also been excellent and beneficial. I cannot recommend the staff and clinic enough - it has been worth every penny!
