I just want to say what fantastic service and treatment I have received for my herniated disc. Grace has been excellent and this has been by far the best experience I have had at a physiotherapists. All staff are really friendly and welcoming and the place just feels very calm and inviting, I can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you so much.
Had 3 sessions for Plantar fasciitis over 9 weeks. Olivia explained my issue and provided exercises. Massive improvement and no pain when walking. On a previous occasion I had a shoulder blade problem and Graham sorted it in two sessions coupled with exercises. On the occasions I have been to BJA I have found all the staff highly professional, polite and friendly. I would recommend BJA to anyone requiring treatment etc. If I have any issues in the future I will definitely use BJA again. Top marks to the BJA team! 27/10/22
Problem was diagnosed quickly, the recommended treatment was clearly explained and resolved my issue within the expected timescale. All staff are pleasant and professional however I would like to thank Brendan who was excellent. I would definitely recommend BJA Physiotherapy
Olivia, Sam, Brendan have been creative and persistent with my restricted neck issue and along with Michelle and the rest of the team have solved the problem and restored me to my former self. Over the 15 sessions it has been a fluent and continuous process with zero loss of care due to staff holidays, etc. going from Olivia initial 5 sessions to Sam 4 and then onto Brendan 1 and then back to Olivia for the 5 sessions. I’ve had acupuncture with heat therapy and manipulative massage during most sessions and whilst I didn’t know what the problem was - they all certainly did. I have also had several focussed video exercises to do and evolving exercises throughout and these will help improve my posture and deal with any similar future issues. Thanks for solving a mysterious issue. More appreciated than I can say here. I’m also sitting, working and sleeping better and would highly recommend BJA Physiotherapy. Mark A paying customer

Delightful and helpful staff. Rang to book an appointment, although busy they sorted one within a few days. However, an hour later they rang with a cancellation and I was straight in. Top service thanks.

I can highly recommend BJA Physiotherapy. I was treated by Olivia was who is very knowledgeable and professional. I was shown exercises to help with acupuncture and massage which relieved the pain I was experiencing in my back and thigh. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back if I need further treatment.
