More than just a physio, he unlocks the problems in your body, helps your mind cope, and also can make you walk better with his shoe inserts! He doesn’t give up, he won’t be beaten, and I honestly didn’t realise what a physio could achieve. I fully expected to need back surgery but Alan is well on his way to sorting me out, and has found ways to instantly make great steps forward. Great guy, and does it for the challenge and satisfaction, not the money, no clock watching, you really do feel his desire to mend you.

Alan is the best. He sorted out my rehabilitation after knee surgery (ACL replacement) and got me riding, walking, cycling and climbing again within a few months, and skiing within a year. Incredible. I can't recommend him highly enough.
