I went for a Sunday lunch with a friend. She is a vegetarian but I had the beef. We went quite late in the afternoon and the beef was a bit stringy. I mentioned this to the staff and, although everything else was great and my friend didn't even have the beef, she gave us both free desserts as an apology for my meal being less than it should have been. I wasn't angling for a freebie but I thought that it was really good of her to offer. Since the beef only affected me I thought it was particularly nice of her to give the free dessert to both of us. Obviously, you want your meal to be as good as it can be but I appreciate that they were keen to fix the issue as best they could.

It's comfortable, clean and cosy with a play area for kids.
Always have offers on, generally a themed night In the week  such as; Indian, Chinese, burger, nights.
The staff are extremely welcoming, especially a lady call Alex..Alex is amazing, she knows the job like the back of her hand, a breath if fresh air, I would go back just to have her serve us again.
The good is well presented, good service,kids happy, what more can you ask for!!
Onto food...I've had better and mostly it's been good, trying to get a pudding has been a pain, ordering is fine, its the wait..I've waited a hour in the past, so, if your in a rush and it's busy, please bear that in mind..I love the deserts, absolute delicious.

Food was nice, however it was so loud considering how it wasn't that busy. Prices are cheap and has a kids play area which was nice. Parking was easy. Was a suitable place for a "damn i burnt dinner!" dad moment.

We went on curry night which was all you can eat curry poppadoms nana bread very yummy all different types of curry at least five or six choices

Food is good. Not the best but certainly not the worst! The play area as you can imagine is super noisy! And it's a bit cold too. Other than that we like it and go regularly.
