If you like a long lazy lunch this is the perfect restaurant for you. Great choice of food and interesting combinations. We had the Sicilian Fish Stew and the Salt Beef, Cured Belly Pork and Duck Confit on Puy Lentils. Well seasoned and lovely rich flavours.

I must have gone on a bad day. Had a gin and bitter lemon (their aperitif of the day??) brought to me in a water tumbler, no ice, no lemon. The food was mediocre, nothing to rave about, but the over loud tweedy oafs on the next table spoilt what was a birthday lunch. Maybe as the restaurant is in a front room they thought they were at home. On reading all the other reviews it feels like I went to a totally different place, I wish I had.
