Beautiful decor with a great atmosphere. Casual dining with quality food. Service was excellent on a busy Saturday night. I think it's a little expensive but probably a reflection of current times. Loved the menu and the staff were friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning!
Excellent restaurant on the main street in Prestwick. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. 2 courses for £14.50 was excellent value for money.

This place is superb. Led by a lovely manager, Michelle. The staff were incredible, all seemed so happy in their work and you could see the great relationship the manager had with the team which obviously results in what we experienced when we visited. The food was out of this world....quite possibly the best steak I've ever had....the truffle fries were to die for and the cocktails were again some of the best I've ever sampled. The atmosphere is spot on ...just gorgeous and the customer service is amazing. Our waiter was brilliant !! Thankyou Lido for a superb night....I can't wait to come back !!!!
Great experience. Staff very very friendly. They have a great service and place is cosy like a family environment. Really good. Food, clean space....i will be back soon
Good little spot up in Ayr. Chanced on it since The Chippy was closed so ended up here. Good portions, good ambience, good selection on the drinks list too. Got my breaded haddock fix and the wee one got a very generously sized burger off the kids menu. Mrs got lasagna that was also very flavorful and rich.Food: 5/5
Good things, food was tasty, staff were friendly and helpful for the most part. Place was clean. Decor was nice. Bad things, the heat in the building was near unbearable. When we went in the staff did not show us to the table, instead just pointed the table out at the other end of the restaurant and sent us on our way. £14-15 per main course. £7-8 per dessert. I would go back.
Been to the Lido before but on this occasion went for my mums 60th. Great food and service. They even let my little boy make his own Pizza, and made him a kids mocktail so he felt involved with us having "exciting drinks" as he calls them. Little touches like this make the experience even more worth while. Also the fillet steak was cooked to perfection.
Had dinner with my partner on Saturday early evening. Staff were friendly and efficient. We have visited many times , I was disappointed at the amount of food on my plate I ordered fish and chips , chips were sparse &a small spoonful of mushy peas .not what I expect when I dine in lido
Me and my husband had chicken tempura which was lovely I had fish and chips and my husband had burger my fish looked great but tasted terrible and I could not eat any of it my husband tried a bit also and he said it was off it put him off the rest of his meal the waitresses were fantastic 5 star treatment they did take my meal off the bill but we will not be going back to this restaurant as it has now put me off
