Bought a pair of ladies shoes and only wore them for 2 days, they are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes ever bought and made my feet very sore. Told Reiker I was unable to wear them again and actually had to go home on 2nd day to take them off as my feet hurt so much. Reiker just sent an email thanking me for feedback but not offering to do anything, they will now just go in the bin, complete waste of money.
Bought 3 pairs of shoes and staff was very helpful in getting the correct sizes The staff do make you feel comfortable, Rieker shoes are very comfortable
Excellent range of shoes and, my lurve ankle boots welcoming staff know their range and stocks, even offer to order in.
