I just got a wax done here with Talia and it was absolutely amazing. First of all, the studio is extremely beautifully decorated and it looked like a place you’d go for drinks or a nice coffee shop, from the outside I would have never guessed it’s a waxing studio. Once you’re inside you’re met by kind and friendly staff and even if it is your first time there like me you’re made to feel very comfortable and cared for. I got a full body wax and it took about 2 hours, but Talia was so accommodating and delivered excellent service, you’ve definitely gained a customer for life here! I can only recommend this place. The price was also very good, if you choose the Academy Wax you get 25% off too which is great and the service is just as valuable and great.

I was quiet nervous for two reasons: One because I had left a rather long gap between my previous wax to now and secondly, it was my first time visiting Brazilian wax. However, this place is absolutely amazing! The therapist made me feel so at ease and was very professional. The place itself it great, clean, smells nice and decor is lovely!  I also got my eyebrows threaded and the therapist was lovely, chatty and professional. It’s always great when you’re asked what you’re looking for in terms of the treatment and they give you exactly what you’re after.  Definitely my place to get my beauty treatments done. I’ve only been to 2 waxing places in Manchester but this is without a doubt the best one. Everything was 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and make you feel completely comfortable, the results are phenomenal, and the rooms are very clean, tidy, spacious, and have good lighting. They took precautions and asked questions I was never asked before, which shows they really are properly trained and know what they are doing. Fantastic place with amazing decor, the treatment was unbelievably quick and painless, and done with a smile and professionalism. They explained the treatment and the aftercare really well and advised me on how to maintain and when to come back, which makes me really want to keep up with regular appointments. Natalie was amazing, really made me feel comfortable. I had a bad experience at another place last year and was nervous about getting it done again. However she was really good. I usually feel quite self conscious and awkward when getting a wax done, but she was really professional! I’m so grateful! In fact, the whole team are amazing, the receptionist were great, really attentive. In all a really great experience. I had a fantastic experience for my first time here, and I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis! I was seen by two really friendly ladies and I am really impressed with my result leg/arm waxing and eyebrow threading. The salon is welcoming and cosy, plus it is conveniently located for me, but even if it wasn't, I'd be prepared to travel. I'm making plans already to visit again! The service was really nice I booked online for a same day appointment and got it was really happy with that because I was going to London the same day. I arrived a little bit early but was seen to straight away!!!! The lady was lovely and quick! Made me feel really comfortable as well. The room was clean and tidy! I also came in with my scooter and she looked after it for me! I got a lovely  shape.  Even though it was her first time doing it you can tell she was an expert. Would definitely recommend!!!! Booked to have my face waxed after hearing great reviews from friends. Larissa gave me a great first experience. Friendly, professional and the wax was as painless as waxing can be. On the expensive side, but as someone with sensitive skin it was  worth it.Will definitely be coming back.

The inside of this business was so cute! All the little decorations in the lobby were so aesthetic. The receptionist was nice and helpful. I lost my voice a couple days before and she was very understanding. My waxing experience was good. The waxer was quick and knew what she was doing. Her instructions were clear.
