Today I brought two neon fish that unfortunately had the disease of ICH when I rung up the lady  she was more then helpful she was willing to come to me to pic them up instead I went there!! they offered me 2 options money back
 or a replacement 
we picked three  that were more money and she basically said sorry for the inconvenience and desail i have used and problems with the fish and gave my two girls the 3 fish that we was expected to pay a little more for and said she would treat the tank they were in

Good range of gardening and pet products, but the fish are kept in terrible conditions- staff chuck buckets of water into tanks with no regard to the fish, and there are often dead fish left far to long, to rot/be eaten by the other fish. The fish never look healthy, and the tanks look dirty.
