Absolutely wonderful service. Originally booked my RS in for a service and was so impressed by the quality of care that I had no qualms about leaving my car with them for a head gasket change. Very friendly and considerate staff. Would highly recommend.

Buying the car the service was amazing,but about 5 months after buying it the headlights misted up,both together. Phoned up and asked about them and got told it's an old car,it was obviously like it before being sold,and got told that they wouldn't sell it like that,both headlights misted together so it's not a new problem. Got told they could replace them for about £350,I think it just goes too show that your top rated ford garage is not any different too your back street car sales place .I also got told that it wouldn't have been part of a warranty anyway because is was not mechanical. We went too ford because we thought they were honest,seems I was wrong. Will never get another car from brakes.
