Best swimming pool in our area, great range of classes, really friendly approachable helpful staff, clean facilities,easy parking. Overall, membership offers good value for money.
I'm a member of the group hosted by Bradfield college in summer. I subscribed the gym because I thought I could use it, then it was told me that I couldn't. So, I asked a refund, but the manager denied it because the price was lower than the fixed one 20 £. I didn't even take the medical examination so, I guess that I paid 20 £ for 2 papers that I signed none told me that it wasn't refundable. Maybe I should consider my payment as charity, but I find it absurd for such a rinomate structure
Such friendly and helpful staff. Gym, super swimming pool, exercise classes and much more besides.
Excellent value with gym, fitness classes and swimming pool membership options. Golf club and indoor/outdoor tennis also available. Staff at reception are always friendly and helpful.

Nice clean pool, busy today Sunday lunchtime but a mix of lane swimming and general family splash.
Good facilities, good selection of classes. Clean. Needs a little more customer focus. The staff on reception never real engage, you don’t get the feeling of there being a focus on the paying public. I’m not saying they don’t arrange classes or publish the timetables which change between term time and holidays it’s just that there does not seem any interest in engaging with users.
The staff are friendly and the facilities are excellent. These include a six lane pool and a well appointed gym The range of classes are wide and varied although numbers are reduced at the moment.
We too our son who is on the spectrum to lessons here as other swimming baths were less sympathetic or well setup. Lessons have been absolutely excellent. He has made great progress. We've been able to use a changing room which means I can help him wash in a low sensory environment. When he started he was phobic about water on the face and hair, he has excelled with the help of an extremely supportive helpful instructor who is very understanding. Groups are just the right size and in the first few stages there are several extra staff in each lesson in the pool to help. My only frustration has been how difficult it can be to get spaces in a group that suits if you don't race other parents to the desk and the crammed viewing places, although they've recently allowed parents into an overflow to watch at times. I would always recommend Bradfield swimming lessons over any others in West reading. It's worth the extra price because the teaching is so much better, the kids progress steadily and with confidence. The facilities are well maintained and staff happy to chat about child's progress.
