Superb gym. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff are excellent, always ready to provide friendly help and advice. Services range from supplements, diet plans, and work out schedules. In every way worthy of a 5 star rating.

Best gym in Thatcham by far, great equipment, great friendly staff too. Professional advise on bodybuilding, weight loss & nutrition. Highly recommended !!
