The Asian (South Indian) Lady at post office counter at the back has such an unpleasant demeanor, she leaves me with a sick taste in my mouth EVERY time I have been there (3 times). I will never go again. She even stood around gossiping to another male customer (Probably a relative) whilst everyone stood behind in the line frustrated. It is very obvious she has had NO customer service training, she is inefficient, rude, shouty, throws parcels, and has a bad attitude for no reason?!! I would not go to this post office even if my life depends on it! She has no name tag but she works there during the afternoons. (Plain looking, about 5,4, medium skin tone, black top, scrowl on her face always) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Asian lady behind the PO counter, is just rude to customers with her grumpy face. She ought to be fired! Poor customer service.

The best post office iv ever used. Always very friendly and quick. Could not recommend enough.

Customer service by the Asian man on the counteres were crap. Not helpful at all. Grumpy face. Hope post office don't accommodate these sort of service.
