Toilets were vile all of them blocked, pump cuts out before you are full and won’t let you go any further. Took me 5mins to put £70 in when it should of taken over £100. Went to pay and asked for a Coffee and was told not now. It’s 06:30 in the morning and he doesn’t want to make a coffee. More interested in his phone call then doing a job.
Clean toilets, clean floors and shop floor too, nice to see a clean services- you don’t get that everywhere. Shop floor full of products and laid out well. Easy to find what you want and they stock a wide range of things too from things for the car to magazines and even greetings cards. Recommended.
The toliets in the forecoury. Yuck yuck.Not even fit for rats. Smells of vomit. P##S all over the floor. No board for cleaning record. When approaching staff for disabled toilet key wad laughed at told you don't have wheelchair No but male toiletd are not fit for use and I need to go. Disgusting attitude. No apology just laughter and sarcasm.
26 August c10pm, card machine broken and cash machine as well. Unable to pay so caused a delay on a National Express coach journey. Totally unnecessary and could've been avoided by BP simply invoicing National Express
£1.96 for unleaded? Smacks of blatant robbery. I guess if you need fuel on the motorway they have you over a barrel.
Clean store lots to pick up. Problem the toilets were blocked off with tape. But ok for staff to use. We used as well no problem in toilets. Looks like they wanted to keep clean on there shift. Not happy

Want to fuel at £1•489 a liter, then this is the place for you Very expensive fuel. Unleaded 1.32 per liter but all pumps but one marked as out . The other side of the only not marked as out pump was labeled as out of unleaded . Super unleaded at 1.489 a liter, are they really out of regular unleaded? Needed fuel , felt mugged. Unleaded is 1.18 to 1.22 a liter at other stations. Commented on fuel price to cashier. Was greeted with a shrug. Was seen taking pictures and told to stop using my phone by the cashier. Unimpressed by fuel though food looked good at this station. I feel a slightly mugged and will avoid this and other BP outlets if I can.
Gone 6 o'clock and still not open, wasting everybody's time. This needs sorting as I've seen atleast 20 people turn up and drive off
absolutely hopeless. all available information*suggests* that this place is 24/7. not the case. tbf, one poor geeza was present but unable to open forecourt due to insufficient staffing. still, for m'way services, this really is not on.
