The previous manager was amazing, but of late the staff are hopeless. Turning off the electric to the EV charger whilst people are charging. Jet washes out of action and all you get is blank looks. One person serving whilst three others stand and watch. Only 150kw charger in area but AVOID!
Only went for a car wash but the result looks good, much better than from the local garage.
CAN YOU LOOK INTO YOU NIGHT TIME STAFF ??????? I JUST WAITED 20 MINUTES TO PAY MY DIESEL THIS IS ABSOULTELY RIDICULOUS !!! SOME PEOPLE HAVE PLACES TO GO AND THINGS TO DO. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AS WELL AND A LOT OF ATTITUDE. NEVER ONCE HAVE I SEEN STAFF BEHAVE THIS WAY AND WAIT SO LONG !
This petrol station is always above board when I visit, staff always nice. In the current fuel crisis they have stepped up the game even more felt confident getting my petrol today with the extra staff helping out on the forecourt.
Drove in to refuel. A lot of pumps marked as out of service. Found one without label, went to put nozzle into tank, found nozzle ti-rapped so could not use it. Would have gone to another pump, but since the price was higher than other stations, I just drove out in disgust.
Thought i'd try the wild bean cafe, wish I hadn't! rude staff, couldn't serve me at the cafe counter even with a till had to be done in the main queue. No signs, and to be quite frank, does not deserve even a single star! Great reflection on M&S and BP.... Shall go elsewhere even for convenience items and fuel.
Surprisingly well stocked. Has a cash machine and electric car charging. Very friendly staff.
Many pumps, nice big shop. Staff courteous and effective even when some grump did something silly and had to be prevented from proceeding in an unsafe manner.
Never go to the car wash in the garage they do the worst car wash and they are rude as anything. And never get trapped in there monthly contract they charge you money and then they don't want to wash the cars. The worst car wash in area.
Bike needed a jet wash, this bp said it has a jet wash. Went down there and they dont have a jet wash. Not the greatest for jet wash really.
