We booked a table for 4 people tonight and we were welcomed by a very friendly gentleman who took us to our table, I was impressed by his friendliness and wanting to ensure we had a good table. Good start.  The female staff were equally very friendly and welcoming and because of the staff we all had a nice dining experience. One of the staff had accidentally dropped a knife and it had marked my jacket, but she was very quick to clean it, which she didnt need to do and she was apologetic too. It wasn't a problem as accidents happen.  Food is always very good, however on this occasion my only criticism is my Balmoral Chicken was quite dry. I ate it never the less as I didn't want to wait for another dish. The rest of my family enjoyed their meals and my daughter loved her 2 cocktails she had. The staff tonight look like they enjoy their jobs and are really attentive and we will definitely return.

We visited as a table of 14 for a birthday party on a Sunday +2 dogs and couldn't have been more pleased with the service and food. We pre ordered as a big table and the staff were attentive throughout. Food was delicious and we loved the space in the restaurant/decor.Service: 5/5

I am sitting in the restraunt right now. I have gad to go to the bar to get a drink, and I had to shout the barman through to serve. Service is atrocious and so far I have had buffalo wings with nothing to wipe my hands after eating.  Really shocking and reducing the prices to encourage customers without increasing the staff is making waiting times ridiculous. I was talking to people in the bar that were waiting for 40 mins for a pre booked table. I have now completed my meal and still not been asked how it was, in fact after checking my bill I have been charged for 4 meals instead of 2.  In short terrible. Meal was OK but service is the worst I have come across in a long time. Seriously, you need to sort the service out or you will lose a lot of business.  Walkability: Easily accessible from a lot of locations via walking. Then you will wait a heck of a long time for food or drinks.

I have visited this restaurant on 3 occasions over the Christmas period.  Each time the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive and the decor is modern and fresh.  It's definitely my new place to go.

Had heard great things about this place . Took 15 mins for someone to take drink order , told us they would bring water which never arrived , loads of stAff on !food was ok.wasn’t offered another drink . Nice surroundings but wouldn’t go back .Service: 2/5

Popped in for an early dinner and really enjoyed it. It’s a great looking restaurant. Nice touches and modern looking.  Susan and Shannon, the 2 servers really made it good. They were knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Even when it started getting busy they kept cool and worked as a team.  Food was a cut above what I was expecting. Chef definitely has a good touch.  Well done everyone. We will definitely be back

Visited with family decor very nice as was the food staff were very helpful and welcoming  atmosphere was great nice and relaxed .  Food & drinks: Food was lovely

Good food took 40 minutes to be served. So much so the table next to us thought they had forgot about us.Service: 4/5

Was there for a 18th birthday dinner food was really good and the staff who were all young were all very good at their job so a big well done to you all
