I bought an expensive sweater which cost about £180 for my son  and went in to purchase this  on 26th November as a Christmas present! The guy who served me asked if I wanted it gift wrapped, to which I replied "Yes"
Anyway, when my son opened his present, it wasn't gift wrapped, but loosely wrapped in tissue with the security alarm tag still on it! My son searched online on ways to remove this, which took about 2 hours of quality time o n Christmas Day! My son has decided never to order from them again and I certainly will not be buying any more gifts from Hugo Boss! Apalling!!

Shocking service! Staff didn't want to help me find a certain product just told me they're dotted around the store. I showed another staff member on my phone the item online after I couldn't find it... She told me to buy it online. Then upstairs I wanted a staff member to get a belt for me that was in a locked cabinet, he was serving someone but after waiting 5/10 minutes I asked another staff member who said I had to wait for the first person. After waiting again, I decided to leave and purchase the items for Selfridge's instead!

Really nice modern store. The revamp has done it wonders.

Huge range of products also surprisingly there are some decent discounts available from time to time.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very disappointed! My boyfriend bought a suit to me as a Christmas present on 11th of December. Today is 5th of January and my Christmas present didn't arrived yet.. The purchase was done by phone and I spoke to the manager. ..he said there was a trousers in the shop but didn't have the jacket. .but it wouldn't be a problem because he was going to order it from another hugo boss shop and would take about a week to be delivered all together to my address. So I made the payment to him by phone £408.00 .. next day a big surprise. .we have been charged twice. .. £816.00.. we spoke to the manager again to sort out this expensive issue. .. it has been sorted out. ..but my Christimas present didn't arrive so far... very distressing!.. what a disappointment!
