Amazing service from start to finish, got my new Gucci glasses, from the moment you step in at Robert’s they take their time with you and treats you as a VIP. You know they’re paying attention to detail in your eye test and they even take the time to show you glasses after your eye test to see what you might like or suit. No sales pressure what so ever either , the service was just incredible. I had a few bad experiences in a very well known chain, but Roberts put faith and confidence back in to me. Thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and I can’t wait to purchase some more just before summer as you’ve got a regular customer now and when you receive such great service I’ll be telling everyone : Very professional , friendly and just sing their praises enough, give them ago as you won’t regret it one bit. Took my 4 year old son for his follow up appointment. We hadn't been since Nigel retired but the new owner was lovely and my son was immediately put at ease. Really friendly staff from the "glasses doctor" as my son calls him to the receptionist. Great people. I really love the new decor too.

Visited today for post op check up after Cataract surgery, staff were very helpful and Ali was very professional, would highly recommend.
Fantastic, went in as I thought I had an eye infection. Turned out I had something in my eye. The optometrist there then immediately booked me into the hospital to have it removed. By 1pm the same day I had the object removed. Couldn’t be happier and will be using them from now on.
My new glasses have arrived and they look and feel amazing! All the staff were incredible, giving me genuine and honest advice on which glasses would suit me best. Excellent customer service with eyecare focused on the needs of the individual. Thank you, cannot fault you guys!
