My partner went in to try and find an item, in the hope that they have it, unfortunately they didn't, however the staff where not particularly helpful in anyway and came across as uncaring/sympathetic, as if to say it's not their problem. Having never had a problem with boots before, the actions of the few have giving many a bad reputation. I'll be avoiding boots and finding other alternatives
