Absolutely dreadful unorganised long waiting times!!! A complete joke!!! pharmacist not even sent the prescription had to call doctors whilst waiting to see if they recieved it pharmacist tried to blame them which was not the case. Called numerous times told items ready got there and this was not the case waited and advised to revisit tomorrow for missing items a complete farce Find another pharmacy absolutely disgusting 🤢 if i could put a no stars i would avoid avoid avoid 😤

I just been to the pharmacy an hour ago the gentleman on the counter was polite and willing to listen however the on duty Pharmacist is very rude, I personally know the owner of pharmacy and his wife they worked so hard and provide the best customer service but they have recruited a new lady pharmacist simply arogent,rude,ill mannered. I will be avoiding to go to this pharmacy again.

RUDE AND ARROGANT SERVICE- UNTRAINED PHARMACISTS. STAY AWAY...This pharmacy is owned and run by an arrogant Pharmacist Amjad Ali. One of his colleagues missold me some vitamin drops which DID NOT have the same ingredients/Formula as suggested by my doctor. I bought this from Supercare pharmacy as this is all they had and went back to confirm this brand of vitamin drops with my doctor, who confirmed it's not the same as advised. I went back to the pharmacy 2 days later, asking for a refund. The owner Amjad Ali refused to return the product and started shouting racist abuse towards me, saying "In this country you cannot return any medicine" and you should know the British Law etc. I am a British citizen and was shocked by the behavior of this man who couldn't even speak English properly himself. This pharmacy is run by goons who think they can treat people how they like. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY...!!!

Who needs a GP when you have a pharmacist this good! Exceptional service and very knowledgeable and helpful.
