Excellent Service by the staff called Chadni at the Drug counter. Several times I forgot to order for my repeat prescriptions resulting with no medication at hand while needing to take couple a day. But that kind lady saved me from that situation by giving out my very essential medicine on credit without the prescription with future adjustments when she gets the prescription at hand later on. Those wonderful piece of customer service will definitely help boosting the business. Hope she gets her recognition within her work place. Thank you lady.

Disappointing
Was told my disposable pictures would be ready on Sunday after 10 days of waiting... arrived to be told she "couldn't find them" the women who served me didn't seem particularly bothered or apologetic and told me to come back tomorrow, would have been nice if some sort of explanation had been given or if she could have tried to locate the pictures!

I went to boots pharmacy Walton on Thames on 17/9/2016 at 13:27 to buy a counter medicine ' Nurofen cold and flu' there were 2 staffs at the pharmacy but they refused to sell that because the pharmacist/staff for counter medicine was on lunch break between 13:15 to 14:15 as everyday , I told one of the staff that I have been traveling for 20 minutes drive for just 1 mile away where I live as the traffic was very bad because of high street closure and it is very disappointing for me that I can't get which I can for another 45 minutes. Can someone answer me that while the opening hours of Boots pharmacy Walton on Thames are clearly there on boots website, why it's not mentioned that pharmacy will be closed daily between 13:15 to 14:15 daily. It's very disappointing and unprofessional way of doing business in high street.Not happy at all and feeling very uncomfortable and visiting unprofessional high street trader.     When I went back after 45 minutes which I spent while sitting in my car like prisoner I saw the same staff member serving the customers after the break I was wondering where is the pharmacist who was on lunch break but I could not see any new face,if the same staff member is serving the customers now then why she never served me at 13:27 and who was at lunch break may be a 'Ghost'. She was not carrying her name display badge so I don't know her name. But well done 'Boots' well done So professional trader you are.
