I had a very serious paper jam on my Brother Printer - Did try to fix it myself , but no good - I did not think that it could be fixed . Or the cost would so so high , it would almost be cheaper to buy a new printer . So I though , why not give these people a try - The alternative would be to dump the printer . However , they were able to fix it the same day - And the cost was very reasonable . Highly recommended - You will not be disappointed with the service .

Fantastic shop, and its great to have one of these in the area. The guys are great and very polite. I was there for some printing and mentioned that my printer was not working not realising that they do repairs. Anyway they fixed my printer and didn't over charge me. It saved me a lot of money as i was considering buying a new one. Really happy

If I had read the old reviews, I most likely would not have gone to this company, So glad I didn't read them. A few issues with my Cannon printer and my old lap top which was on its last legs anyway. I ended up purchasing a new laptop which I had no clue how to get it going and how to transfer from the old to the new, Windows 10 was like a night mare to me. Alex was the answer to all my issues, repaired the printer/copier at a very reasonable charge, and sorted out all my laptop and online problems. His service and patience was invaluable.

Went in with a black photosmart 2575 cartridge, and the guy filled it within 20 minutes and a good price of £7. It's a smallish shop with all the filling equipment out the back, so there was a small wait while you waited for someone to come to the desk, but when they did, they were polite and helpful. I'd use them again, and I wouldn't worry too much about the wait, a good cough always seems to get attention :-) I rate quality as excellent as the cartridge given back to me was in first class condition and resealed superbly. I rate appeal as excellent as it is very local to me and i found the price for a refill outstanding. I rate service good as despite the wait the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
