I didn't actually get a repair, but brought my laptop in because the screen was flickering. I appreciated that they told me that it if the problem wasn't serious, it may not get worse, so I could consider making sure I just had my laptop backed up and then bring it in if/when the screen failed. It's nice to have a repair shop be so honest and looking out for the customer's best interest. Also, they repaired my wife's PC a year ago and she was very happy with the service.

Broke my iPhone 7 Plus screen the night before repair. Called the shop at 8.15am. Was told they open at 9am but come down anyway and they will take it. Had my phone back by 10am. 

Fantastic old fashioned service that isn’t seen much these days. Recommended.

Took dead laptop along. Daniel fixed it there and then for a very cheap price. One happy customer.

Visited the Tech Shed this morning with a Sony mobile which had suddenly stopped receiving the charger lead. Staff were very friendly and helpful, identifying a bent pin in the charger port on the phone. They managed to straighten it carefully to fix the problem within minutes. Excellent service with a smile and would definitely recommend them.

5*****service  6/1/18  Having first consulted by phone, Daniel  (technition) most helpful,took my iPhone in with port chargeing problems expecting the worst,the problem was solved in minutes, Highly recommended, kind regards.
