I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. I've switched pharmacies twice from my two local ones to Courts. My only regret is that I wish I had done it sooner and saved myself a bunch of grief. Courts are super friendly, and helpful, always answer their phone if I call before, and ALWAYS have everything I need in stock. Having two small children, knowing that I can rely on Courts gives me the greatest peace of mind. Bonus: I often have my children with me to pick up prescriptions and I have never been made to feel unwelcome which is more than what I can say for other pharmacies nearby. Cannot fault this place at all. Simply a great Pharmacy.
First time visiting this Pharmacy - very impressed! Very friendly, helpful staff. Even better, they were able to fill a prescription which my local chemists could not. I will be using them regularly in future.
I've been a customer of many other pharmacies and to say that this one in walton from my perspective is far the best would be an understatement. Thinking that a mainstream one like boots would be good I was extremely disappointed. Having worked in carphone warehouse for a decade and of that 5 years in management, to say that the customer service was exceptional would very much be saying the least. The honesty within the service was amazing even perhaps costing them an initial sale which is a bold approach they acquired my trust as a result. From a professional perspective 9/10 and from a personal perspective 9/10. If I was to offer an opportunity of growth l, I'd say that the store layout and the virtual merchandising perhaps needs looking at. God bless Regards Ali
