Your prescriptions are never ready thay always say it's not been sent when you no it has or they don't have it in stock total waste of time transferred to a new pharmacy and have no problems now

Staff are always  polite  and  helpful. Sometimes  you  have to wait  a while  but you  know  that  if they  have your  prescription  they  will  make  it  up. I moved  to this chemist  from  a nearer one because  I was impressed  with  the good  service  and  longer opening  hours. On my last  visit  even  though  they  were  about  to  close i wasn't  turned  away. They  made up the prescription  so I didn't  have to go back. Definitely  the  best  chemist  in  the  area.

Iam supposed to take my medication in the morning,useing a nomad still has not arrived,Always having problems they don't answer the phone,trying to reduce as much medication as I can,looking for alternatives,Safer.

Been ringing since last week for my prescription and today they finally found it after 8 hours said they call me back but had to keep chasing them I couldn’t get out for them and told them so they said definitely be today got upto 8.45 tonight and rang them oh sorry haven’t a driver this chemist is the worst everbut to leave you without important medication is out of order

My partner has a nomad system and they was supposed to deliver 2 days ago and they never delivered it. This is not acceptable as he has heart problems and has been without his medication. I tried ringing 38 times and every time was line busy!
