Allowed on of their residents to use a taxi when he was unable to pay the fare.nWhen the driver spoke to them their response was they can’t do anything.nI wonder if they’d feel the same if they’d had money stolen from them which is essentially what this resident has done!
My son is a client/patient here and has been since 2003. He is well looked after.nManagement and nursing staff excellent.
LOOK AT THE CQC REPORT NOT SAFE THIS HOME DID NOT MONITOR MY MUMS LITHIUM LEVEKS AND MEDS WHICH LEAD TO MY MUM DYING ...NURSING STAFF NOT QUALIFIED IN DETECTING SIGNS OR CARING WEATHER CLIENT SLEEPS ALL DAY.nANOTHER LADY CHOKED TO DEATH IN 2012 ....nTHEY HAVE NOT EVEN HAD DECENCY TO WRITE AND ANSWER MY COMPLAINT SOLICITORS NEXT IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR REALTIVE AND THEY HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS DO NOT LET THEM LIVE AT BONHOMIE
