Unfortunately, our experience with Acclaim Logistic has been extremely negative. Their customer service is very poor – communication is difficult and responses to issues are slow and unhelpful.nThe biggest problem is their lack of responsibility for damaged goods during transport. Over the past several years we have had multiple situations where our goods were damaged while being transported by them. Despite submitting formal claims and following their procedures, we have never received any compensation for the damaged goods.nWhat made the situation even worse is that after we submitted a formal complaint regarding this issue, our account was blocked, even though we had no outstanding payments and had always paid our invoices on time.nThis level of customer service and treatment of clients is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend working with this company.
Terrible service when it comes to parcel delivery. My order was not delivered twice, there were no calls to check or resolve the issue, and there is clearly no concern for the company’s reputation. Customer service is completely lacking.nnMy attempts to resolve the problem regarding the undelivered item were unsuccessful. The company and its couriers clearly do not care about their customers. The company even replied that couriers are not obliged to call the recipient to resolve any issues.nnDraw your own conclusions.
Had a delivery booked for AM today, which was booked on Monday. Order did not arrive, no contact to update us that it wasn’t going to arrive. Called ourselves and they said they didn’t have a van available which I feel is notnGood enough when this was booked in 4 days ago. We had also been left without a sofa as we got rid of ours this morning in preparation for the new one arriving. I emailed in to complain and a gentlemen fromnThe Southampton branch called and I explained what had happened and he also agreed it wasn’t good enough, he spoke to someone else and I received a call from the delivery guys and they delivered it this evening and they were great! Thank you so much!
We recently received a pallet delivery from France, and the service was outstanding. Our driver, Tom, truly went above and beyond. Not only did the delivery arrive on time, but Tom also took the time to help us move the heavy box all the way to the other end of the yard—something he didn’t have to do.nnHe even assisted in disposing of the packaging, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish.nnHuge thanks to Tom for the extra effort—it made a big difference. Highly recommend this company and their top-notch service!
The delivery driver Ben could not get to my house because of emergency gas works and road closures so I spoke to Adrian both from Depot 5 at Chandlers Ford and between them they managed to arrange for me to meet Ben on a different drop and get my parcel on the same day. This meant I didn’t have to drive miles to the depot the next day. Adrian was fantastic on the phone and kept me updated as well as being courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Ben was so apologetic for not being able to get to my house which was completely beyond his control and was also kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Between them they have made my Christmas and because of them I wouldn’t hesitate to use APC again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.
