I always get great coffee and service from Benugo. Service is quick, which is awesome when you’re about to get on a train. Much better than other places in the station where coffee is made by machine.
Wanted a quick snack before the train and order a ham Swiss croissant which was great, staff recommended it toasted which made it better and was a great quick experience
Brilliant customer service from a lady with arms covered in tattoos very approachable and served with a smile and persuaded me to purchase a combo which I really enjoyed. The other lady who was making coffee was lovely who had a black scarf and jacket on fabulous coffee. This made my morning thank you girls

Great coffee and friendly service
Ordered a soy latte, milk not steamed hot enough and over filled to ye point it was leaking out the cup and it wasn’t made correctly. Doesn’t taste that great, staff unhelpful.
Probably serves the best coffee inside New Street, and arguably has more distinct lunch offerings than other nearby options. Also good for working and studying, and is always clean and calm.
