Famous Bar in the area apparently, first time in here for me. Loved the layout and decor, probably hasn't changed in years as there are posters and pictures on the walls as old as the building. Good vibe, excellent music, efficient staff. Lots of quite places to have a few quite ones. Really enjoyed about an hour in there. So where does it lose a star? A very important factor! The pint wasn't great! Now, I was drinking Bud and maybe no one drinks it anymore and the "flow" isn't great but, it just didn't taste right. Other than that, all good.
I got myself elevation pale ale and tundra tropical ipa,both of the Pints taste watery. Restroom is smelling so bad and super small according to size of the place. Nice decoration and friendly staff but that’s all.
First time in 3 years I've been back.. Nice set up and nicely cleaned up.. just needs food again and sorted. Staff were nice
Liked it. A charming lady serving, and the price of a pint of plain reasonable. Nice and comfortable.
Four stars for the good part as this is a great pub. Nice atmosphere. But the only good thing to have here is a pint of any beer. Stars for everything else as if you are planning to be a bit adventures with cocktail drinks, I would recommend not to as that will be a disaster. Now why do I say this? It's because I ordered 'Long Island Ice Tea' which is like a signature drink for a lot of places and in Bolands it was served in basic IKEA glass in the form of diluted diet coke for a price of €7 per drink. It would have been okay if it tasted good, but it didn't, so I thought it was probably just me but we had ordered 6 of them and my friends were also as disappointed as I was.
Came for first of January while visiting my sister. This pub was a great option for paints and cocktails for very good prices. I liked the pub's personality and the music. Also a great option for sports.
Visited here for the weekend to watch Man City Vs Liverpool. Decent pub with reasonable prices. Pizza menu available as well.
Good, cosy place, bang on the Stillorgan Avenue traffic signal. Ceiling is essentially vinyl records of various vintage, wall hangings are Star Wars figurines and modelsstorm trooper too. Good on prices and service. Pizza can be ordered from Bolly Pizza next door.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, good music and nice drink. Decorations were pretty impressive, too
