I am incredibly pleased with the haircuts and the treatment results by the hair stylist, Ricky. I tried a few hair salon in London but I couldn’t find other stylist quite like this one. Ricky’s layers technique and attention to detail are amazing! I love the bob shape from the front and the back. The salon itself is cute and cosy, a relax environment with very friendly staffs.
I had my hair styled for a formal event and mani and pedi. They are a small unassuming shop with a lovely staff and excellent service. My updo was stunning and the nail technician was a perfectionist that gave me a beautiful mani pedi. I am a big fan and will visit next time I am in London!
I got a t-section highlight, toner, trim & blow dry done by Christina, the result is STUNNING!! Everyone said my hair looks fabulous and asked me where I did it. If you are doing color, Christina is your girl!! She’s amazing & does magic. I also love her energy - she is genuinely passionate about her job! I’ll definitely come back again

Today Roberto did my highlights and I’m absolutely loving the end result. First time with Roberto so was a bit nervous as my hair is rather thin and can be damaged easily. Wow! That’s all I can say! Christina did such a fabulous job on my hair…you can tell she loves what she does! Definitely a colour master. This salon is in a great location and all the ladies are friendly and down to Earth. The prices are also reasonable! Hands down the best hair cut, style and colour I’ve ever had
Amazing hair artist Cristina helped me give me such a nice colour from what I originally had. I was in need of a fix up. It was my first time here in the UK so I thought why not give this place a go. She ended up doing an amazing job! Super experienced and knows what she's doing. And most importantly her she cared about how accurate she could get the style and colour. Highly recommend this place!

Im honestly not one to write a review but I had to for this place. I left with the worst haircolour I have had to date. I came in with brunette hair and left with ginger after asking for subtle brunette balayage. There was no balayage technique on the hair and it looked like a patchy full colour. I spoke to Maria and she asked me to come back in to correct it which I did and it only got worse, I was bright red even though I specifically said no red tones. The second time I was in, I did feel that it was a little rushed I think altogether I must have been in there for about 30mins and I had a toner and rough blowdry. The lighting in the salon is pretty dim as I stated to one of the staff that I could not tell of the colour until I had actually left and realised how bad it was under natural lighting. I spoke to Maria again for which orignally she told me to come in a few days later to correct it with the colour technician but then went on to say I would have to wait 2 weeks. There was no way I was walking around with patchy hair colour so I politely declined. I have nothing bad to say about the staff here as they were all very sweet but I have to be honest about the service as I did not receive the full balayage experience nor did I get to enjoy my blowdry as the following day I had to return for the colour correction and left with a rough dry. I do believe if this was any other customer they would have demanded a full/partial refund but I have taken into consideration that the staff were not problematic and maybe it was just my bad luck. Also just to add the manicure was the worst I had till date my nail was not shaped, the colour was not even throughout the nails and it was not dried so it had marks on the nail and the nail tech just painted over it! I was charged more but the manager refunded the amount after I had requested it.
