Fully set up for social distancing. Pleasant, friendly and clean. Well worth going in.
Good range of food from about £5 to £12, well kept black sheep bitter, excellent covid-19 precautions. Nice location overlooking the river and very pleasant inside.
It's never been the greatest pub in the world but it was a lovely hot day so thought we'd call in. Despite many signs showing their new post Covid opening times, and indicating that the pub should be open, it was very much closed. So we went to another, better pub.
Nice place to spend an afternoon. Tables slightly too close together for effective distancing when full, but otherwise excellent Covid precautions.
Great location alongside the canal with a large choice of beers and tasty food. Great lunchtime stop

I really thought the food was great, lovely atmosphere. Well designed interior decor, a super clean and bright bar with clean bottles and bar accoutrements. Super waiting staff. Intelligent menu display. In beautiful surroundings. I cannot recommend The Boathouse Inn highly enough. Well done indeed!
We stopped here for lunch and while not exactly gourmet, it's got a decent range of food even for vegans, good portion sizes, and it's well-priced. There's a decent selection of beers as well, and the staff were all really nice.
