Most polite staff I have met! They helped me with an order and was very quick! I always recommend this place to friends when I visit! Honestly one of my favourite places to go to! Also the fruit bubble teas are amazing! 100% recommend!
I really liked this place, went there a lot before covid and always had really friendly service. But when I went back after they reopened after covid the atmosphere had changed drastically. They were so welcoming before but now when I went to order some bubble tea the service made it feel like I was bothering them. It might just have been my experiences so I guess try it out at your own risk.
Absolutely amazing service every time I go in to order, tables always clean and floor always swept, delicious drinks and food menu and staff always friendly, polite and hard working! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill place to relax and the taiyaki is delicious! I always order the same drink strawberry fruit tea with mango bubbles and it's always delicious! I'll never go anywhere else!
Lovely place with lovely people, used to spend all day at twist when I had nothing to do and as a photographer/ graphic designer, it's a great place to chill and do work. The staff are super friendly and you can easily have a nice conversation with them if the shop is quiet. Would recommend for people who like bubble tea, frozen yogurt or taiyaki!
