We have used Blue Compute to source, supply and maintain our IT systems for many years and are extremely pleased with their consistently excellent service. Regardless of the task or challenge put forward, the guys at Blue Compute always deliver the desired outcome well within the requested timeframe. Alex and Jim are both extremely knowledgeable, and we feel confident that our IT systems and security are in safe hands. I've worked with Blue compute for over 6 years now and have found them extraordinarily responsive. No problem is too small nor too large from server crash how we met and they fixed it promptly! to changing how email folders look to individual operators. They handle all our IT and have systems set up so they notify us when small signs indicate its time to think about replacing hardware BEFORE a problem occurs - giving us time and price options to keep things operating smoothly. We started with 3 users and now have over 35 with the guys at BlueCompute working with us to design and implement strategies to match our growth and needs. I have been running businesses for over 30 years and find these guys know how to do things on any budget to fit any circumstance - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am afraid we need a higher standard of support for our business as the reliability and quality of the 2 chaps at Blue Compute did cause us some issues, we now use a more reputable IT support company that actually answer the phone or turns up when needed!..
You are right I dont live in your country. I do travel for work though. This company has beyond rude employees. Businesses are supposed to be about customer service but not this one. They would rather sit back and not assist a customer in need. I was nothing but polite and instead they responded with snotty comments at a lady that is just trying to do her job as well and that is help her customer. If you don't want a one star from someone I would suggest the first time someone speaks with you and only trying to ask simple relevant questions that you not end on "stop hassling me". If you can't answer questions get out of the customer service industryo
