Car broke down on the way to a funeral, came all the way from Cardiff so relied on them quite a bit. Really friendly drivers, got around quick enough. Gent who's house we broke down in front of was very rude to a grieving family, so the kind service was a pleasant surprise, thank you!

Rang and flagged down 4 x Blue Star Taxis wanting to travel from Kendal to Pine Lake Resort (16mile journey at 8.30pm Saturday evening. First driver said the price would be between £45 and £50 which we declined and after asking 3 other drivers had to pay £40. Im sorry but back in Manchester id pay £20 for a similar length journey. I feel we were victims of having no other choice but to pay well over the odds otherwise we would have been stranded. A bad ending to a beautiful day out.

Awful!!!!! Booked a taxi earlier on in the night for 11:45 rang them 5 minutes after it didn’t turn up and they said they hadn’t booked me in! If it wasn’t for K cars I would have had no way have getting Home, disgraceful!!!!!!!!

I have dealt with Andy and the staff in a professional relationship for 5 years now and always found them professional and would recommend them to anyone

Don't ever trust them in a morning. They turned up 30 minutes late. I'm a carer and I'm relied on to get to work on time. They wouldn't answer the phone to me either. Unacceptable service.
